Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.

Furthermore contained in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling different parts of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the current investigative process.
